I am hard at work lining up guests for a new podcast called Lawducation in the 21st Century which will be found on the podcast page of this website.
After some observations, I have come to the conclusion that law schools are partially to blame for, as well as a big part of the solution to, the problems currently facing the legal industry. (Seriously, if the law schools don’t teach it, it’s hard for lawyers to know it!) My vision for the podcast is to interview people within legal education who are doing some new and interesting things to prepare their students to become 21st century legal practitioners. These educators might be teaching clinics, business classes, or innovation and technology courses within a law school. They also might be people within the legal community who are looking to change the way law is practiced today and in the future.
